Processing of all orders is typically processed the following business day. When a product is out of stock for the following scenarios:
- a pre-order for stock arriving in future
- on back-order with a holding deposit
- or a custom 'made-to-order' gift hamper
Customers are notified of product ETA via their order confirmation email. Customers are then advised of stock arrival into our warehouse, and then notified when their specific order has been despatched via our fulfilment partner.

Afterpay allows customers to shop online and manage payments with flexibility. We offer Afterpay for items like our Filipino Gift Hamper.
Think of Afterpay - like a modern version of 'lay-by', which breaks up your purchase into equal instalments of the original purchase price.

We offer Pre-orders for high-demand products giving customers priority access before other customers. Pre-orders allows customers to make:
- payment up-front;
- pay a deposit and make a final payment later;
- or to be added to a no-payment waitlist
in order to secure a priority allocation of the product, before stock arrives and is officially made available to the public for general sale.

We engage responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) best practises when it comes to confirming legal drinking age of our customers with age verification:

2. 'at check-out'

Whilst we ship goods to international destinations like apparel or wearable clothing, we advise caution with shipping alcohol products to markets outside of Australia.

Hello fellow American and Canadian kababayans, welcome - we truly appreciate your visit to our store.
We generally do not encourage shipping of our alcohol products to markets outside of Australia. Items may be held longer than usual by Canadian and US customs authorities equally.
If you are determined to purchase a bottle for personal use and designate your address as your shipping address in your country of residence - we will fulfil the order.

Checkout is a breeze with our safe and secure payment system accepts a variety of payment methods like Shop Pay and Afterpay, we also accept digital payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and most major Credit Cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Due to the local laws, it’s illegal to ship alcohol to the UAE where the importation of alcohol is strictly controlled.
We are therefore unable to deliver our drinks or gift hampers containing alcohol items such as wine, spirits or any liquor products.

We ship goods to international destinations like Apparel or wearable clothing to our valued customers. This is offered as domestic shipping options via our Shopify Merchandise fulfilment partners in the USA, CAN and the UK at present.

If you are an Australian customer and are determined to send a holiday bottle to friends or family outside of Australia for personal use, to countries like the Asia, USA or Europe - you would need to nominate your Australian address to receive the goods from our store.

The fastest we offer is next business day delivery in Melbourne and Sydney, for orders received before 5pm, the day before delivery.
No we do not. All customer orders are delivered during business days only i.e. Monday to Friday, which also excludes weekdays that fall on a Public Holiday.
On occasion unforeseen disruptions may cause delay e.g. force majeure and transport accidents do happen and may impact the arrival of your purchase.
