Shipping policy
Whilst we ship internationally goods like apparel or wearable clothing, at present we do not encourage shipping of our alcohol products to markets outside of Australia.
Depending on your country of residence or shipping destination, alcohol is either a prohibited good or classified as a regulated trade product.
For example regulated goods such as alcohol cannot enter some countries without consignment to a licensed importer or wholesaler, therefore it is not possible for our store to ship directly to consumers - even for personal use.
1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For Australian customers
If you are an Australian customer and are determined to send a holiday bottle to friends or family outside of Australia for personal use, to countries like the Asia, USA or Europe - you would need to nominate your Australian address to receive the goods from our store.
Then book directly with an international courier or balikbayan box service like FedEx or DHL as a to handle the nuances of alcohol shipping for personal use. All fees imposed during the international shipping process are the sole responsibility of the customer this includes any customs, duties and taxes applied to your consignment.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The Finest of Filipino Craft store is an online website operated by 7000 Islands® and powered by Shopify. Our Shopify store is powered by fulfilment technology and integrated with warehouse and fulfilment partners which vary from state to state in Australia.

3. WAREHOUSE
We have two main 3PL (Third Party Logistics) warehouse and fulfilment providers in Sydney and Melbourne.
- NuTrans warehouse located in Tullamarine (Melbourne), Victoria, Australia
- Goodspace warehouse located in Kingsgrove (Sydney), New South Wales, Australia
We also have a network of wholesalers and distributors in Gold Coast in Queensland and Perth in Western Australia.
4. FULFILLMENT
Each 3PL's shipping platform and network partner's distribution service is unique and may use a combination of their own in-house delivery service fleet, Australia Post, DHL, Couriers Please and other reputable courier companies to fulfil delivery of physical goods.
5. PHYSICAL GOODS
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment and if product is in stock.
When physical goods of product is out of stock, on back order, a customer order, or a pre-order for future stock, order is held until arrival of physical goods.
Once physical goods of products is back in stock, despatch and delivery when can take between 1 – 10 business days depending on the distance of the destination from our warehouse and service delivery time frame differences between the different courier companies.
6. DELIVERY ZONES
Orders from our store can be delivered to a residential and business addresses, excluding post office boxes.
7. FREIGHT CHARGES
We reserve the right to charge excess freight charges when a delivery address is in a delivery zone outside of an Australian capital city metropolitan area.
8. BACK-ORDERS
If an item has been ordered and it is out of stock it will automatically go on back order for the customer and will be processed urgently once the item/s are back in stock. In the unlikelihood of there being a significant delay we will communicate by email the expected delivery timing with the customer
9. DELIVERY ETAs
Delivery time frames are estimates only. The delivery fees charged vary depending on the city where the delivery is being made. We strive to find the most economical costs for delivering our products to customers, and will on occasion contact customers to offer alternative delivery options.

10. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA)
It is an offence to deliver packaged alcohol to an intoxicated person, where it has been sold by retail and is being delivered.
It is an offence by law for any person including the courier delivering packaged alcohol on behalf of any business that has sold it by retail, to make a delivery to a minor.
- Deliveries to intoxicated persons

No deliveries will be made to any patrons already showing signs of intoxication or approaching intoxication will be made.

Intoxicated persons or persons behaving inappropriately shall not receive any liquor purchased.

No refunds will be given for intoxicated persons.

Delivery arrangements include requiring evidence of age where appropriate.

If recipients look under 25 upon delivery, person contracted to deliver may require evidence proof of age.

Acceptable forms of ID
- A driver's or rider's licence or permit with photo (issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country);
- Australian passport or a foreign passport issued by another country;
- Proof of age card issued by a public authority of the Commonwealth or of another State or Territory for the purpose of attesting to a person's identity and age.
