Hotel Lobby Pearl White Rum is an award-winning Filipino white rum, made for cocktails with a tropical twist.
Aged 3 years in ex-Bourbon barrel. After ageing this dark molasses rum, is then filtered in 6 feet of charcoal coconut shells from the tropical islands of The Philippines.
The barrel ageing imparts notes of vanilla, spice and caramel from the bourbon soaked oak.
Whilst the charred coconut shell filtration, imbues a 'pearly white' hue on the liquid. Infusing tropical aromas of pineapple, banana and mangoes.
