If you are an international visitor to our store, welcome - we truly appreciate your business. Whilst we ship goods to international destinations like apparel or wearable clothing, as a valued customer we offer caution when ordering our alcohol products.

Ordering a bottle of liquor from our store is relatively straightforward, however receiving the goods on the other hand is complex but not impossible. If you are determined to purchase a bottle for personal use and designate your address as your shipping address in your country of residence - we will fulfil the order.

Any fees imposed during the international shipping process are the sole responsibility of the customer this includes any customs, duties and taxes applied to your consignment.

We will also assist with your chosen international courier with administration of export paperwork for Australian Customs as the goods exit the country. However we will not be able to assist you with your country of residence particular importing procedures or customs administration.

Australian customers sending overseas

If you are an Australian customer and are determined to send a holiday bottle to friends or family outside of Australia for personal use, to countries like the Asia, USA or Europe - you would need to nominate your Australian address to receive the goods from our store.

Then book directly with an international courier or balikbayan box service like FedEx or DHL as a to handle the nuances of alcohol shipping for personal use.  All fees imposed during the international shipping process are the sole responsibility of the customer this includes any customs, duties and taxes applied to your consignment.
