      This wine has been made from our premium estate Chardonnay & Pinot Noir fruit and bottle fermented in the traditional manner. 

      It has complex, yeast nutty characters which integrate well with the light melon fruit of the chardonnay grape. 

      A fine and delicate bead and persistent flavour profile from the Pinot Noir fruit makes this a very distinctive sparkling wine.
