      Hand picked from the best vineyard parcels in Mudgee, this wine has been made from a collaboration of Gooree Park fruit and the exceptional talents of wine makers Tim Stevens and Jacob Stein.

      Deep ruby red in colour with bursts of black current and black cherry, intermingled spice notes of cinnamon, star anise and bay leaves.

      Aged for 12 months in new grain French and American oak, this wine exhibits a beautiful finish and smooth palate structure.

      CELLAR UP TO

      Blended to drink now or will cellar for a further 10 to 15 years.
